Award Recognition

Each year, UH Pamantasan recognizes outstanding UH Faculty/Staff and UH students who make a difference in our community in honor of the Late Dr. Niki Libarios and the Late Dr. Julius Soria, both of whom were actively involved in past UH Pamantasan Conferences. Dr. Libarios was Director of the Office of Student and Academic Services at UH Manoa of Education, and Dr. Julius Soria was Assistant Professor at UH Manoa College of Languages, Linguistics & Literature.
